Finally Relief! good for me

I have never been able to do leg lifts due to my hip popping every time. I can now! Plus many other exercises I couldn’t do before due to the curvature of my spineI am now able to comfortably lay flat on the floor. It gives a bit more support than I need, but it’s better than trying to lay flat.

Just what I was looking for comfort while doing my abs excercises perfect design !

Минусы

Foam is too soft, making it difficult to maintain proper form during exercises
