Based on my experience with this training aid I would not recommend it. While it is advertised as a way to improve putting alignment, I found it to be more of a hindrance than a help. The only positive aspect is that it is durable and can withstand some wear and tear. however, the design seems to be based on an outdated approach and doesnt align with modern putting techniques. Overall, I would suggest looking for better options in Sports and Outdoors for improving your golf game..
