I wanted to write this review. I ordered the 120 lb struts but was worried they would not be powerful enough to hold up the bed in my RV because I added a memory foam topper that was heavy. After ordering these 120lb struts on the Ariana strut store, I saw they also sell the 150lb struts also so, I sent them an email regarding which pair of struts to use. The store immediately sent an email back telling me to contact them directly if the 120 lb struts don’t work and they will send the 150 lb struts out to me ASAP. They really do have the gold standard for customer service. I didn’t need the 150 lbs struts after all, but was relived to know they would fix it to my satisfaction even through no fault of theirs. Wow, I’m very impressed. Buy with confidence; they do care about their customers and will go out of their way to be certain you are happy.
