I have bought four of these. The question then is why would you buy so many if you gave such a poor review? The answer is when working, these are the best lights by far. The remote works better than other pond lights as it is able to go through several barriers. The lights are the ONLY one able to do scene mode which combines multiple colors (every other one only does one, or maybe two at the most). Consequently, if you want to have great pond lighting and ease of use its a great light.HOWEVER. and it is a huge however. All of the lights I've utilized have broken down or have had issues with the remote, and that is within a year. And this is with maybe once a week or once every other week use. I eventually have given up trying to replace them all the time and will look for a one color light which is unfortunate.
