Initially had a bit of trouble when ordering but the customer service called and helped. Their employee Jessica was very friendly and went above and beyond to make it right and make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The shipping was very fast, and it was packaged nicely. Initially we thought it would be difficult to assemble but my husband put it together rather quickly in under an hour. The directions were very straight forward and easy to follow. The couch once assembled is very sturdy and looks super cute on our porch. I would definitely consider ordering from this company again in the future.
