A few months in in my review
I use them for pull-up assistance. Great for the price. I don't expect that they'll last forever. I don't believe that any bands would. So far, so good. No weird smells. Easy to use.
- Helps to prevent injury and reduce the risk of falls
- May require more time to set up compared to traditional weights
