Disappointing Birthday Balloons Decorations

As a long-time customer I had high hopes for these party decorations. However, as a result of my tests, I determined that the quality was subpar... The balloons were flimsy and easily popped, deflating the whole decor. While the colors were vibrant, they failed to bring any joy to the party. Unfortunately, I will have to find a better alternative for my Home and Kitchen party needs..
