Purchased a blue kitfort kt-2022-4 toaster and am extremely pleased with it. Unfortunately, it did not match in color (the toaster has a more vibrant blue), so I returned it to the store where I purchased it. The only time the toaster emitted a smell resembling chemistry was when it was being used for the very first time. There is not a single complaint. I also recommend that everyone have a kettle from this particular company because a thermometer is handy and a neck prevents liquid from leaking out.
