Back Injury: my feedback
I have a lower back injury, so my glutes are weak now have to use these bands to redevelop the muscle there. These are working just fine for that as of yet none have broke or torn up only been using for around 2 weeks.
- Can be combined with other fitness equipment, such as dumbbells or workout benches, for a more comprehensive workout
- The set may not provide enough variety in exercises for a well-rounded workout
