Definitely a new version. The elastic leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered the 10 pack and the elastic just isn’t that great. Other review said that the sock had changed quite a bit from the earlier glowing reviews and that seems pretty clear. They are very comfortable very soft good cushioning but I don’t see them lasting very long. If they could just do better with the elastic I think these would be a wonderful sock
- Hoping they stretch out a bit
- They do not provide any temperature control to keep feet warm in cold weather
