I have had a recurring knot in the same spot in my hair for 13 years- I got it during my labor for my baby who is now 13. My hair is very fine, but there is a ton of it, and once I get to day 4 of unwashed hair (which is my regular routine) the knot would be pretty bad, requiring hair oil to remove. I couldn’t get brushes or combs through it, even conditioner in my hair in the shower was not always fully effective at detangling. Not anymore. I used this brush one time and the knot is gone, never to return! I guess it’s a combo of the boar bristle and synthetic brushes, but this brush gets through my hair, no static and you cannot beat the pricing. 10/10 highly recommended!
