Despite its sturdy construction, it simply did not deliver the precision and accuracy required for fine woodworking. On the plus side the handle provided a comfortable grip for extended use. Unfortunately, this was not enough to compensate for the tools lackluster performance. As a scientist in the field of industrial and scientific equipment, I cannot recommend this chisel for professional use..
