I am incredibly impressed with this house and I have been since the moment it arrived to me. I expected that it would be just like most of the dollhouse kits I have completed (9 built so far and 1 tin). The instructions were all in English, though it is obvious that they were translated as some, well most, of the sentences are quite broken and sometimes don't really make sense. But the photos that accompany them fill in the gaps where the words fail. There are some places in the instructions; however, that I wish had more explanation as I had to watch a YouTube video to help me a little as I had never built a shower or a highchair before and the instructions weren't always clear to me.The kit was beautifully packed. Not every thing you make by hand (like the fridge, the toilet, a sink, and a few small decorative items) but I appreciate that as I hate making tiny cups from paper sometimes. There is so much detail in every room and if I didn't build it myself I might not notice it all with just a glance. The materials themselves were very nice quality, however, I did break a leg on the highchair as I was a little rough with it but I was able to fix it easily and it wasn't noticeable. The instruction book gave some really great tips along the way, some of which I wish I had known when I built my first room 2 years ago.It took me about a week and a half to complete but I started very slow with it only making a few items a day for the first half a week. Then I couldn't put it away until it was complete! CuteBee is an amazing brand with high quality kits and I can't wait to do more from them! They have some very beautiful and unique kits! Highly recommend!
