Assembly took longer than I expected. I had to loosen several of the nut/screws so they would properly lock into the cam locks. I guess I had screwed in all of the nut/screws too tight and found this out when I went to assemble the first set of shelves. A few of the cam locks had to be knocked in with a hammer because the holes were a bit too tight for several of them. This was the most frustrating part, however I was able to assemble this desk by myself and I would not hesitate buying a second one in the future since now I know how to assemble it properly. I could not get in the last long screw into the metal leg if the desk so I am going to have to drill a hole for it since the two didn’t match up. However the desk is very sturdy and my kids are using this desk in the lower level of our house for homework and for artwork.
