This chair is perfect for anyone who spends long hours sitting at their desk .As a result of using this chair I found that my back pain has reduced significantly and I am able to work more efficiently. The adjustable low back support and armrests are great for customizing the chair for your own body. The design is also sleek and modern which fits perfectly with my home office. The only con is that it took some time to assemble, but the end result was definitely worth it..
