I am 320 lbs and 5' 4" and I ordered a 4x. It fits perfect though I will say there's not alot of support in the boob area. The panties fit perfectly and the top falls just perfectly around the top of the middle of my thigh area. It's sexy but comfortable.

- The open back may not be suitable for those with scars or tattoos they want to hide
