Bought in October and broke already & company doesn’t reply to emails
Not at all happy with this product. One of the blowers squeals so loud that the whole unit has to be turned off. I have emailed the company twice with no reply. Unhooked the defective one and it is in pieces on my hearth as I am typing this. Very upset that company has not acknowledged emails yet.
- Item was as described. Just installed and so far works well.
- The Durablow MFB004-A fan kit is quite expensive, considering its mediocre performance and questionable quality
