Bad design but very sturdy

Pros:- Very sturdy pull up bar once it is properly installed.- Have additional metal rings for hanging other things such as sand bag or stretching ropes.Cons:- Bad design. The location of the screw holes are so dumb that 2 of them are behind joint sections such that you can't position your driver tool in to fasten the screws; this requires a manual hand fastener.- The bolts that provided with the pull bar are only for concrete/brick installment. If you want to install this pull up bar on a wood beam or wood stud, you would have to buy your own lag screws.

The ONETWOFIT OT103 pull up bar is an excellent way to stay active and healthy, regardless of your age or fitness level

May not be suitable for those with existing shoulder injuries
