After trying this product in an industrial and scientific setting I was thoroughly disappointed with its quality. While it MAY have swiveled smoothly at first, the rubber bearings quickly wore down and resulted in constant jolting and instability. The strength and sturdiness simply weren't there, causing more problems than solutions....
