Blackout when overheated

The screen blackout very easily in the summer. Bought it for $200after tax, I don’t see why this is much more expensive than the other brand products.1star update - Bad customer service: they reach out to me after I left the comment, they ask me to do a bunch of stuff to upgrade the firmware to fix the problem, but after I bought a new sd card and done the upgrade, it still has the same problem nothing change, then they start asking me do more stuff, and refuse to exchange an item.
