This product claimed to offer continuous protection from sweat and water, but it fell short during outdoor activities .While it was easy to apply and didn't leave behind a sticky residue, it FAILED to keep my skin dry during a long hike. The spray might be suitable for light workouts indoors but it doesn't live up to its promise for serious sports enthusiasts..
