Some pros: It works quietly, it raises water to a given height (a well 8.6 m deep from the ground, a ring on top, a total of 9.5 m approximately and another 15 m hose on the ground). For a 3/4 inch hose, the total output is approximately 20 m per minute. Has some cons: The logic is incomprehensible to make a 7-meter long cord for a pump with a head of 12 meters, when pumping from a well of 9 m, I had to put an extension cord inside the well, which is basically wrong from the point of view of electrical safety, not to mention convenience and extra costs.
