This ball does the job, helps with sit ups and supports my back for weight lifting exercises. It was sturdy and well made. The straps are a little long for me for resistance exercises and I'm 5'5". Other than that, I do recommend this product.

- Its very easy to set up. Its very useful for my daily training exercise and its convenient.

- The instability of the exercise ball chair may pose a risk of falls, which can be particularly dangerous in an office setting
