So happy with this purchase. I was looking for a robe for my husband for some time. We live in a very warm climate, so the thought of a robe to him always seemed a bit silly. However, the mornings do relatively get a bit chilly around here, at least for a few weeks during the winter. This robe is flannel, but it is a thin cotton flannel; not a thick, furry flannel. This is the perfect weight robe for my husband. He normally wears an XL to XXL t-shirt, and I got this in a L/XL and the fit is perfect. It is a longer robe, so if you're short, I could see that potentially being a problem, but it should be easy to hem, if necessary. The cotton is super soft and comfy. We have not washed/dried this yet, but I'm not anticipating any issues when that time comes. This should be a great robe for husband for years to come. Good purchase at a good price.
