I’m a size 4-6, small in most items. 5’4”, 32b/c and fluctuate between 130-140 due to my job (mail carrier) this product was the perfect fit. Just enough compression in the shorts to remain comfortable. The top isn’t as firm as most sports bras are, so it’s probably better for a low intensity class and not a cardio kick boxing class where your jumping around, regardless I’ve went to my boot camp and have been just fine but if you like a lot of support for your chest, this isn’t it. Very flattering, bought three (hot pink, blue cheetah and sage green)
