This cuff is for ankles, not feet. Aircast offers a foot cuff if that is what you are seeking. You can use the cooler with other types of cuffs - but not simultaneously.Like other reviewers, I broke my ankle and needed surgery. I'm lucky and didn't have much pain, but I did have swelling. My PT facility had a motorized version of this, but I'm poor so I was looking for a cheaper alternative. This thing worked wonderfully. It was better than an ice pack that needed to be taken out and back into the freezer multiple times. I could fill with ice and water and use throughout the day as needed. You won't regret this purchase.
