The fact that I've been using this hue for an entire year is a definite pro. My original hair color was ash, and I am pleased with the result, as are many other people. The color I get is a purple-blue. They are not even interested in changing the hue of it. Simple to perform on your own. Some negative aspects include the fact that the brightness is diminished. The color lightens up to a white hue. But sufficient for one calendar month
