PRODUCT: I have arthritis in my knee and recently had a torn meniscus. Instead of surgery, my doctor injected gel into my knee, and it took about 4 weeks to kick in. I started wearing this brace while I was waiting to get in to see him and for the whole month after the injection. I’ve continued wearing it during recovery and physical therapy, and I plan on putting it on when those cold Michigan winters aggravate my knee. I was so surprised by how comfortable it is. The padding and side supports hit exactly where I need them. The fabric is breathable, and I had no trouble walking and moving around while wearing it. By the end of the day it did become uncomfortable because my knee swelled, but that’s because I had been on my feet for too long. I just removed it and started over wearing it the next day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!CUSTOMER SERVICE: I ordered the recommended size based on their size chart, and it was too big. They sent me another one for free! Then after about 5-6 weeks, one of the hard plastic side supports broke in half, and they sent me ANOTHER ONE FOR FREE! 😳 Neenca really is the Nordstrom of health products!
