I thought the LED type would be better.

I used them on the kitchen ventilation fan to replace regular bulbs.First, it was very dim, not bright enough and I can hardly see the cooktop.Second, it broke in one week.
the regular ones will last about three to four weeks.It may be just this one and I am still wait to see how long the others can last.

Плюсы

they do not get too hot like halogen bulbs, therefore you can install then without burning your fingers

Минусы

Not compatible with dimmer switches
