ARRIVED WITH A CREASE IN THE BRIM
Arrived with a sharp crease in the front that I cannot work out, from factory crushing. Shipping box was adequate but had not been inspected, obviously. No printer so can't print a return label if I initiated a return. Stuck with it, I guess. Otherwise, a nicely made, high quality straw hat.
- Love this hat. I will wear it often.
- Brim may obscure vision in strong wind
