Brighter than expected.
Let me start by saying the lights i received are not motion activated. They come on around dusk, off at dawn. Lights were very easy to install. Everyone that sees them comments on how bright they are. My only complaint is that the one on the right at the top of the stairs quit working about 3 weeks in. Not that big of an issue. I don't remember seeing these for sale individually but like I say not that big of an issue. Hopefully the rest will last. Overall very pleased and would recommend (and have to coworkers) and buy again.
