When I took this out of the package I wanted to love it. The 1st thing that I noticed was that it was definitely not brushed nickel. In addition to not being able to overlook that, the quality of the fabrication is nothing short of horrendous. I am returning this item but wanted to post several pictures. I love the idea of this towel rack but the lack of quality cannot be overlooked. There are scratches and dents when there should not be as the rack was carefully packed in a box. Huge disappointment and I have a strong feeling that a replacement would have the same issues.
