I have used Sinusin for years. When they changed the name, I wondered about it and yet it still worked fine. Then I ordered three from Walmart and I got ones with little orange tops. Watch out! The same thing happened to me. It is horrible! It burns and when I called the company to tell them, they said someone would call me back. Eventually, someone did. He said that they have been having problems with this and that they changed the formula when they bought HEEL, the maker of Sinusin. He said that they have been getting calls about the burning/stinging and that he thinks it could be the saline solution, which is less than the old formula or else the increased homeopathic remedies. He never apologized. If you look at the reviews (most recent ones) you will see that lots of people are having problems with this. He said that they have changed the formula and it is a completely different formula from before. I asked how they got the formula and did they have a homeopath on staff. He said they did not. They just made it up from the Materia Medica (a reference book on homeopathic remedies). He said they just used the ones that had to do with the sinus, etc. I couldn't believe this. He said he would send me a bottle of another product. He wanted me to spend a long time on the phone filling out a form, answering questions. This is not the same quality as Heel and it is horrible. Burns my nose incredibly.
