Oh these make such a difference on my heel pain. I can't do the full size inserts because they slide my feet forward and pinch my toes.but these were enough extra cushion on my heels without taking up room. I'm using the pre-treatment along with the shampoo in order to hopefully stretch out the time between Just for Men shampoo from three days a week to two days a week. Only time will tell if this works, but the cost may be prohibitive considering the small size of these bottles.
