I bought these for my Halloween witch costume and they were perfect. I got several compliments on them.I'm 5'8 with fairly slim legs and they pulled up a couple of inches above my knee and stayed put. I bought this hookah to take outside so I could have my personal. It never happened I set it up twice at home within 3 day and the light was no longer working and the cap tht holds the smoke fell off the metal on the holes came off all in 3 days. The silicon holder holds the tag tightly enough that it cannot fall out. However, the holder is entirely silicone so the loop for attaching to a collar has the potential to get broken if your dog scratches too much. Also, the loop is sized for a 1" wide collar that is about 1/8" thick. It can stretch a bit for a thicker collar, but not much. As a result of my tests, I determined that these napkins were disappointing. While they were soft to the touch, they didn`t hold up very well and tore easily. As someone who cares about both health and household products I want items that can withstand a bit of use. Unfortunately, these napkins didn't meet my expectations in that regard...
