I normally wear a 3-4x and ordered these in a 4x to make sure they would fit comfortably. I recommend going the next size up if you are between sizes and want a comfortable or slightly looser fit. Love the sweatshirt, but a huge hole opened up in the elastic around the wrist within a week of opening it. I have small wrists, so I am disappointed that this ripped.
