These are really great gloves. I followed the instructions to get the right size which was medium. A "tritium" compass should have highlights that glow CONSTANTLY, a necessity in complete darkness. This has the usual "glow in the dark" coating that glows for about 10 seconds after exposure to strong light, then goes dark. Utterly USELESS in the one situation where you NEED the needle & dial to be luminous. Returned for refund, what a waste of time.
