I did not receive removable trays as pictured. I received flimsy cardboard inserts (cardboard square and separate cardboard inserts to create 16 compartments, no tray). This would require filling the box one layer at a time and then later emptying one layer at a time. Ever since I got to 18 mm I've been having a hell of a time trying to sleep. All the plugs I bought were uncomfortable, painful, wouldn't stop falling out (forcing me to restretch in the morning) or screwing on and not coming back off unless I used pliers. Band is just long enough to allow the end to be tucked in.but is pretty stiff making it a challenge to push back out from under the metal bars when removing. My watch monitors sleep patterns, but after waking up with a scratch on my face from the metal parts, I don't wear it while sleeping anymore.
