The crisscross at the neck camouflages the neck wrinkles. They are long and cover hips which I like because I carry my phone in my pants pocket. The fabric is very soft. The dress is very well made. My only problem is that it’s very long. I’m only 5’1. I did end up tying it with my 4inch heels and it was still too long. So if you’re 5’6 or taller, this dress would probably fit better but not great for someone that is short without having to have it hemmed. I bought this in a large, which is my usual size in dresses. I’ve attached two photos. One with the dress sitting naturally. The other where I had forced the dress under my bust. It was a bit snug in the chest/shoulders. I’m going to return it. A size larger probably would’ve been a good choice. It’s a beautiful dress. I found my perfect travellers go to pants. I bought it bigger because I plan to use it with winter wear when travelling. I used it recently on a tropical cruise.interior cabin.
