These glasses are so cute, oversize and definitely a statement so don't order if you are more into being understated. Box was unsecure on one end. Missing ALL Hanging hardware and the metal frame was bent. It works as it should and is very bright but I would like the missing hardware to be sent to me. I don't know about calling it in but going through the activation process online was an arduous, glitchy task and the SpeedTalk Store website was not very clear, with additional and often convoluted instructions popping up over top of the forms you are attempting to fill out.
