I bought these for my plantar faciitius. They definitely get cold. I wish they had a little more contour. They don't fit exactly at the edge of my heel. I actually use both packs on the same foot bc I can't get the pack up on the painful part of the heel. The do stay on, they get real cold, they wrap really easy. They are really convenient. Based on my observations, this product WAS frustrating to use... While the color is nice the vinyl easily rips and tears making it difficult to work with.
