It seems like the elastic is drastically less stretchy than other Mae bras, so much so that when I took it out of the package, I hesitated to try it on. It was at least 1/2 to a full inch tighter than the other Mae brand bras I have purchased in the last few weeks. The cut is awesome, however. I looked at so many computer desks until I decided on this one. I like that it has shelves and is roomy but still not too huge. The overall design is lovely and feels really solid. I got a little stuck trying to assemble it though. A couple pictures could have been a bit clearer but I don't assemble furniture myself much. And if would have preferred if the bottom shelf had a brace on the side to make it easier to hold books.
