Got this for my mom, who unfortunately got diagnosed with a bunch of medical issues. Anyway, the clasp on this is a pain in the rear end. I had to reach out to the seller for help, received crappy picture instructions that made it seem like an easy, flip-up clasp system, but that is not the case. It is a real pain in the butt to get the clasp open if you can even figure that out to begin with. It took us a very long time before I finally got it open. This is the perfect size vanity for my bedroom. Plenty of storage and nice design. Very sturdy and heavy piece. It was extremely well packaged and good diagram directions. It took me about and hour and a half to assemble( but I’m not all that handy). But was able the use the wrench provided. Here in Calif., Rain and snow really aren't the issue. It's the Sun. Summer time Sun and heat take a toll on the exterior finish and plastic and rubber trim. This cover is the best way to fight back. It fit's quite well. It also has 3 straps that go under the trailer and connect to the other side allowing to secure the cover from flapping in the wind. I used this stabilizer jack to replace one I damaged (it wasn’t all the way up when I moved the trailer). The replacement was easy to install. It took about 45 minutes to complete because of the need to move JT Strongarm hardware from the old one to the new one. Actual installation was removing 3 screws and one bolt (each RV maker differs) and then reversing the process. Product was exactly as advertised. I deducted one star because I wish that the adhesive was a little stronger. I am perpetually sticking the pieces back on my wall. But, in the manufacturer's defense, the instructions do say to scrub your wall before applying. I never cleaned my wall.The paper on the adhesive side was easily removed. Pretty sure these are slightly smaller than a normal table tennis ball. Still, it's a lot of ping pong balls for not much money. So, worth the $10 bucks. I wanted a bunch of balls for a ping pong machine. These worked well. Solid. Others complained that theirs did not say "Kevenz 3-star". Mine did.
