They do a good job for supporting high arches and over supination. They were not able to help with my painful callus that has developed due to 18 years post injury and excessive over supination. I went ahead and paid the $550 for custom orthotics and they have been tremendously helpful at reducing painful steps on the callus. This beats the boring plain green or black covered planners that the school provides. I love the cover. It is thick and seems like it will hold up during the year. Inside, I like that it gives a monthly overview before the weeks. It is set up for 9 periods, so the blocks are smaller than a 6-period planner.
