Great customer service. I registered the item upon receiving. Used for 2 weeks when a corner clip broke off during cleaning it, using only light pressure. I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement immediately at no charge. They were easy and pleasant to work with. I did a bunch of wiring on our vehicles a few months back. I used the harder plastics loom sheathing in most places to protect against elements and abrasion. I had some leftover areas of pairs of wiring I hadn't had enough loom for, and last week used this nylon braided material for that.This braided material great stuff.
