I also like that I can put this hat in my small backpack. I don't completely bend the hat because I feel it might not recover. Sink and accessories seem to be well made and have a premium feel. I am looking forward to using and cooking with it. I will say that the included template is useless, as the template is actually smaller than the sink tub/mounting tabs. I ended up having to cut about 3 more inches from the back and 1 inch from the side. It ended up taking twice as much time as I had to make double the cuts.
