The sleeves were not as narrow as represented on the model. The layers of lace in the skirt are perfect and almost feel as if they were weighted. Got lost in mail and had to have Ebay resend it. When it finally arrived, it wasn't the best quality. I had to screw it together because it was loose. I ordered 2 to use them more as display than cutting boards. 1 s wine board and the other for cooking oils on the counter. They are small but very beautiful and a packet of the oil came in the package with them (bonus). They look great and seem like they will last a long time. The fit is perfect. First one I bought was a different color and a size S, thinking it is still going to be larger than expected. Nope. It you normally wear an M and want a snug fit, go with an M. Softness of the fabric is great as well. Only issue is the breathability of the fabric. First of all, I love this frame. My neck pain and sinus congestion is gone since I sleep with my head propped up. The mechanics are quiet, but the massage is noisy. It shook my whole upstairs and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. (Hit Timer 3x.) Loved this. It is actually very soft fur and heavy duty fabric on the coat. I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality of this cloak!
