Very strong. Excellent quality. I love and recommend them but be warned! These work super well and will buy again. They are attractive too. I love to use on steel shelves. Warning! One day I picked up 3 of them stuck together. Somehow one of them moved to magnetize to another (while I was trying to pull them apart) but my skin from my hand was in-between.
