I tolerated the itching and irritation for a week. So I guess it’s like they say you get what you pay for. The hair looked good and was very soft. When trying to style the hair it wasn’t always manageable. Maybe I should have cleaned it before installing it. I do like the wool buddy, I was using a sponge pad and it is thicker. But the wool buddy doesn’t make my wrists hurt. The felting still sticks to the mat. It is a good product for your felting needs. I was highly disappoint that the zip broke on one boot, then I fixed and it broke again and was lost the next day. The zipper on the other boot broke the next day and I cannot fix.
