I bought this to save money and provide my cat with healthier meals without all the fillers and junk they put in canned cat food. It works perfectly for this purpose. I find this eyepiece to be excellent in all respects. It is as sharp as much more expensive brands and holds a quality image right to the edge of the field. The physical quality of the eyepiece is very solid and stable. The twist-up feature of the barrel giving you distance from the eye lens is a great feature and there is no sloppiness in the adjustment.
